We can only provide estimates for the sale and/or purchase of properties within England and Wales.

Our fees estimate is based on the average time a transaction takes to complete without any undue complications. If therefore you suspect that your transaction may be complicated, e.g. you live abroad, suspect problems with contraventions of planning or covenants relating to the property or have complex financial arrangements, please contact us first to obtain an accurate estimate of our fees and disbursements.

If you are not already an established client, we may need evidence of identity and be satisfied as to the source of funds in order to comply with Money Laundering Regulations.
