Tim Pitt qualified in 1981 and is in charge of the non-contentious department at our Littlehampton office.
Tim specialises in domestic and commercial conveyancing as well as probate, trusts and related subjects.
Nadine is the Head of the Family Department and has many years’ experience in dealing with divorce, financial proceedings and complex children and care proceedings as well as a vast amount of experience in domestic abuse cases. Nadine qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2002 and then went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2006. Nadine has successfully represented parents, grandparents and extended family members in care proceedings including non-accidental injuries, baby shaking, sexual and emotional abuse as well as cases where there are issues regarding drug or alcohol abuse or mental health issues.
Nadine is a member of the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel and Resolution.
